Fatyak enter the stand up paddle market – meet the Samos

Love them or loathe them sit on kayaks are a big part of paddling leisure time in the UK. Manufactured using a rotomoulded process – heated plastic is rotated inside an aluminium mould, the hot plastic sticking to the sides as a result – sit ons are durable, versatile and offer more performance than you’d imagine.

Fatyak are a Somerset based rotomoulding company who will be entering the stand up paddle market in 2016 with the introduction of their Samos SUP. Currently still in the tweaking stage it’s expected the Samos will be available in the next few months, just in time for high summer season.
