Starboard pros roll into town – Celtic Cup success

This weekend saw the highly anticipated Celtic Cup happen at Carbis Bay, Cornwall. As part of the Starboard Euro Tour, featuring top riders Connor Baxter, Fiona Wylde, Fernando Stalla, Paolo Marconi, Susak Molinero and Jim Terrell (Quickblade Paddles) the event was the perfect place for UK SUP racers to pit their paddling skills against a number of the world’s best.

Seeing first hand how some of the elite do things was always going to be a big draw and the crowd turn out certainly lived up to expectation.

Unsurprisingly it was Starboard Dream Team members Connor and Fiona who took the wins but credit where credit’s due: our UK paddlers weren’t far being and proved they can mix it up among the elite.
