SUP: The World’s await – Tina Beresford all set to compete in Fiji

Newquay based Tina Beresford is a passionate surfer who competes in shortboard, longboard and SUP surfing. She is the SUP surf British Champion after having won in challenging conditions at Watergate bay in October for the second year in a row. She also came second in the British National Surfing Championships at Perranporth.

After such a successful run Tina is excited to compete in Fiji especially as the contest plans to run at the world famous reef Cloudbreak. ‘Cloudbreak is one of the best surf spots in the world, I am excited at the challenge. It will be like no other place I have surfed before. I am also looking forward to meeting the worlds best SUP surfers’, says Tina. Tina is a team rider for Spider Surfboards and has been working closely with Spider to design custom stand up paddle boards specifically for the job.
