Northern stoke – SUP surfing, late winter

We’re always happy to receive contributions from readers – pics, vids or articles. And this series of snaps from photog James Coils is one of the more recent. Here we have rider Ian Saville tackling some fun North Sea chocolate waves. While certainly not the biggest, or the warmest, riding waves on a stand up paddle board does turn average sessions into something much more fulfilling.

With spring now in the air air and water temperatures will be warming which will see less and less rubber being needed. If you have anything you’d like to share with yoru fellow paddlers then feel free to hit us up.
